Yoga and Art meet here in a special way. Experience the current exhibit of Spelman College Museum of Art's Collection virtually, while melting into your mat and the beauty of the art that you are. I am excited to bring Firehawk Yoga back to this space that is curated and cultivated just for us, to remember and celebrate the story, feelings and connection that have always moved us, from ancient times and today, on our mats and off. Every Monday, please join us for a conscious yoga class inspired by a piece and artist and guided by a member of Atlanta's growing community of African yoga teachers.
